Hen Of the Wood features an extensive wine list focusing on boutique North American wineries as well as a 15 item artisan cheese list. Our chefs believe in sustainable agriculture and  have a created a menu to showcase fresh, seasonal, and especially local Vermont products as well as wild edibles such a Hen of the Woods mushrooms.

The Reservoir is a 99 seat restaurant serving dinner 7 days a week and lunch Friday, Satuday & Sunday.  Located in the heart of downtown Waterbury situated in the beautiful green mountains of Vermont.  We specialize in Vermont comfort food and some of the best beers available.  Currently we have 37 draft beers (the most in the state) as well as a full bar and wine list.  We also have live entertainment every week featuring some of the best artists around.
